Considerations:
If the family is small, reduce the number of clinical staff attending so you don’t outnumber and overwhelm them.

- Leader of the meeting
- Consensus opinion

- Delegated spokesperson if patient is unable
- Support staff
- Bedside nurse
- Social work
- Pastoral care
