  • Physical health
  • Mental health
  • Substance use and abuse
  • Critical incidents
  • Financial difficulty
  • Family difficulty
  • Sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying
  • Support of at-risk colleagues
  • Mandatory reporting
  • Mentoring
